Physical Activity

Physical Activity

When we get stressed and busy, physical activity is often the first thing we decide to skip. However, research shows that regular physical activity can improve intellectual capabilities and reduce stress. Physical activity includes more than just running on a treadmill. Try to find something you enjoy like dancing, yoga, swimming, a walk across campus, or an intermural sport.

Walk-it-out Wednesday

A 30-minute walk around campus every Wednesday at noon during the spring and fall semesters. The walk stars and ends at the flagpole on the Drill Field. Bring a friend or meet new people; all are welcome!

MSU on the Move
